Made for Home machines

There is a trick to roasting coffee for home machines.

Air Roaster produces a more even roast which means more consistent the coffee, which is particularly important on a home machine. Find out why? (links to tile 10)
You need to be selective with the coffees in your blends - We use coffee that is full of flavour and can be easily and consistently ground and extracted by home equipment, which is less powerful than a cafe espresso machine. Less Bar pressure when extracting a shot and less power in your grinder can result in inconsistencies and we try to offset that in the way we roast.

Roasted Fresh Weekly

We roast fresh weekly which is super important. If you are not buying fresh coffee forget about making delicious coffee at home. Coffee starts to lose its potency after about 25 days.

TIP - Don’t buy coffee at the supermarket. If you do, make sure there is a ROAST DATE. You want to try and use your coffee within the first month. We would say at a very maximum 2 months.
